Shapoval does not see any unsolvable difficulties on conducting local elections

Volodymyr Shapoval, head of the CEC, is sure that the commission will manage to organize the election process during the future local elections, Interfax online reports.

“I do not see any unsolvable difficulties”, he stated to journalists on Friday in Kyiv.

While commenting statement of one of the CEC members that due to shortening the elections campaign certain stages of the election campaign may be delayed, he stressed, that was the opinion of that person only, rather then the one of the CEC.

“I am sure that the election process will run in accordance with law, the CEC will act that way only”, Shapoval stressed.
