CEC to announce September 11 beginning of election process

Volodymyr Shapoval, head of the CEC, has officially announced September 11 beginning of election process for the regular elections to local councils and for the posts of their heads on October 31, year 2010, IMK online reports.

“The CEC announces September 1, 2010, beginning of election process for the regular local elections”, Shapoval noted.
